All services are sold on a non-refundable basis. Once you have made a membership purchase or booked your seat for a training session, you are expected to honour the purchase. In exceptional circumstances, we may be able to offer a partial refund or credits in lieu. Please contact us at hello@jaaga.in for refund queries.
